Small Business Saturday

I hope you’ve been supporting small businesses today! As you cozy in for the night, please consider reading my posts from yesterday if you missed them. These are my personal “small business” endeavors, and are all linked on the fifth post in my month-long series: 30 Days of Christian Business. I do Tupperware and several affiliates, and am happy to share the current deals with you. Thank you for your friendship and help!

30 days christian business

Today I’m going to highlight some other businesses who have linked up with the Christian Business Directory. (Have you added your link yet?) But, first, if you haven’t already, would you please consider liking my Facebook pages? The one for this blog – Biblical Womanhood – will have links all weekend for you to find a great deal – for Cyber Monday, all week for Cyber Deals week, and into the month as you continue to find items to fulfill your shopping list. I hope you have a blessed Christmas and Remember the Reason for the Season!

My Tupperware page will also be posting frequently, highlighting my deals and sales as well as promoting the fundraiser I’m doing for a local veteran mental health support group. We live far enough away out in rural Texas that many vets don’t have the resources to GET TO the VA, and some of them have simply exhausted the resources and still need help. The local group has a heart specifically to help prevent and eliminate local veteran homelessness and veteran suicide. With all of the political things going on recently, if your heart is to help these men and women of service, this is a FANTASTIC opportunity to do exactly that.

Small Business Saturday

On to the small businesses! These first few links are from the Directory’s Faith-Themed Items page. These shop and business owners carry mostly faith items, though they might have some things that are not.

Blooming With Joy carries teas and tea related gifts including tea pots, cups, and tea making sets.

Alexandria’s Authentically Made Jewelry carries, well, jewelry! She’s got beaded bracelets and necklaces, beautiful earrings, and several matched sets. They have crosses and scriptures often.

Suzanne Medrano carries yarn items, gift tags, wrapping paper, and more! Her specialty is recycling and upcycling, making something new from something old. Cute shop!

The largest section of the Directory so far is the sole proprietor page, or the Small Business page. These are all Christian-owned, but they don’t necessarily feature faith items even if they have a few from time to time.

Shaded Lily has two shops, and I’ve reviewed for her before! If you’re looking for natural products for your home, such as the laundry soap I reviewed, you’ll want to check the Home Arts shop. She also has found a calling with wall art, including pencil drawings and canvas paintings, and has hopes to expand this shop as well. Check out the Fine Arts shop as well!

Skirted Blues features modest clothing and skirts. These are mostly denim skirts and look to be made from pants, so it’s an economical choice as well! Beautiful stuff!

Merri Dennis offers website services such as WordPress support and webinars, and blog design. Give it a look!

Fun With a Message carries some cute books and room decor based on the books. Little Bear and Little Buddy keep young kids engaged and the artwork is beautiful!

Wonder Filled Days carries wood! These are planks that your child can create with, unequalled by any other toy ever. Top quality maple, these are sold in sets of varying quantities.

The Quiet Grove is a digital provider of beautiful designs for purpose and for play. There’s a wondeful collection now of gift tags, home decor, Christmas cards, activity books, and more!

The last section has two pages, but I’ll group them together here. Direct Sales independent representatives run the gamut, but these folks are specifically Christian and strive to run their businesses with those ethics. Please consider supporting these families who – while they might not make their own items or keep a stock on hand – are nonetheless working to support their families. You can find any product you can dream of through direct sales, and you’re supporting the individual when you do.

Baby Steps EO’s sells Young Living essential oils and products, and is a sweet supporter of this site and a friend. Young Living is a Christian owned and operated company!

Jennifer King is an Usborne Books representative. If you haven’t seen the latest books and gifts from Usborne, take a look and create a wish list!

If you aren’t familiar with Lilla Rose, they carry beautiful hair clips, bands, and more. This is Ruth Vissar’s link, a stay at home mother of 7!

Fundanoodle is an educational toy maker, with a line designed pre-readiness skills for handwriting, math, and every day activities. These toys are geared towards kiddos from preK/3 years to 2nd grade and beyond.

Shecki Bernard is another Lilla Rose representative. Don’t miss out on these beautiful items in sizes for both adults and children.

Advocare product lines are natural and healthy consumable products for mom and her family. Erica shares her business on her blog and on the web.

Plexus is another natural and weight loss supplements company, and Paul is our first non-female DS rep link!

Wish you had gotten your link up in time for this post? Don’t delay – get it on there because you never know when I’ll decide to do a quick promotion like this! I truly do have a heart for turning people’s minds to the Kingdom, and stewarding our dollars back to one another is one of the best ways to do that. Let’s support one another this holiday season, and in the year to come.

Be blessed!
